Before meeting Linda, yoga intimidated me. I had always been intrigued by it, but felt that it was all overwhelming. I didn't know where to begin, so many different practices etc. Linda demystified yoga for me. She also help me learn to feel safe to come into my body. Yoga is truly an embodiment practice. Linda has the gift of holding space so one may feel safe to do so, assistance on going inward. I felt completely at ease to try poses I never though I was capable of. As I now know, having the foundational poses in yoga mastered is very important. Working with Linda wasn't just physical, there was always a spiritual component to the practice which made it so balanced. Linda encouraged me, & gave me the hands on guidance needed. I'm so grateful my first experience of yoga was with Linda!

I’m an attorney in Washington, D.C. and have practiced yoga with Linda for almost 9 years. Linda is an
enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable yoga teacher. Both beginners and advanced students can
attend her yoga classes and benefit as she will lead you into postures to help build body tone,
to create flexibility, and reduce stress. The breathing exercises are calming and one feels so
relaxed at the end of a yoga session. She is an outstanding teacher and I highly recommend her.
Linda also has expertise in other fields including Thai yoga massage. I have had different types of
massages in various salons. I consider a Thai yoga massage with Linda to be the absolute best! It is a
deep muscle massage which includes the joints, ligaments, and the entire body. You actually feel taller
and lighter at the end of a Thai yoga session. I have had Thai yoga massages with Linda for several years
and hopefully will continue for many more.
